Depth grows with rank — from 12 levels with no rank to the full 15 at Diamond. All payouts are calculated from the $9.99 monthly product subscription. If a subscription is paid yearly upfront, commission is still <b>accrued monthly</b>. Percentages explain the mechanics, not promised income.
The largest stream is not your own matrix, but the matrices of the people you develop. Matching <b>starts at Bronze</b> (2 personal actives are enough): you receive <b>50% of what each personal branch earns in its matrix</b>, and as rank grows, from the people they bring too — <b class="hl">up to 5 generations deep</b>, <b>regardless of where someone sits in the matrix</b>.

There is <b>no cap</b> on the number of people or on matching volume. Matrix and matching payouts are paid in the first week of the month for the previous month’s volume.

Exactly <b>5%</b> of top-ups is distributed — the other 95% is the tokens themselves at wholesale price. Distribution depth grows with rank, as in Direct. Tokens do not expire; the minimum top-up is $10. Payouts are <b>every Tuesday</b>.
Partners help carry the company — so we share <b>subscription revenue</b>. <b>Diamond</b> rank gives a share in a pool worth <b class="hl">2% of all company subscriptions</b>; <b>Crown</b> adds another <b class="hl">0.5% of subscriptions</b>. Each pool is split equally among qualified participants.

Compression means moving active people upward. If someone in your structure is <b>inactive</b> this month (did not pay the subscription), they do not block the payout: their level collapses, and active participants below them <b>move one step closer</b> to you. Money is not lost on inactive links — it reaches you.
Compression applies to <b>level-based bonuses</b> — Direct & Uni-Level, Power Matrix, and Mentor Matching. Only active subscriptions count in calculations; inactive links are skipped.
So a rank cannot depend on one person, no more than <b>30%</b> of the volume needed for a rank can count from one branch — the plan rewards a broad team. Active means a member whose membership is current this month. The rank itself stays forever, while rank-based payouts depend on monthly activity.
