There is no cap on the number of people or on matching volume. Matrix and matching payouts are paid in the first week of the month for the previous month’s volume. You have 10 personal branches, and each earns $200/mo in its own matrix. You match 50% — $100 from each, for $1,000/mo from the first generation alone, on top of your own matrix and other generations. By generation: Bronze = 50%; Silver = 50%/10%; Gold = 50%/10%/5%; Platinum = 50%/10%/5%/5%; Diamond = 50%/10%/5%/5%/3%.

Exactly 5% of top-ups is distributed — the other 95% is the tokens themselves at wholesale price. Distribution depth grows with rank, as in Direct. Tokens do not expire; the minimum top-up is $10. The structure uses the product, and you receive passive income on top of the matrix. Top-up distribution by level: 1 = 3% at every rank; 2 = 0.8% from Bronze; 3–4 = 0.3% from Silver; 5–6 = 0.1% from Gold; 7–8 = 0.1% from Platinum; 9–10 = 0.1% from Diamond.

If someone in your structure is inactive this month (did not pay the subscription), they do not block the payout: their level collapses, and active participants below them move one step closer to you. Money is not lost on inactive links — it reaches you. Compression applies to level-based bonuses — Direct & Uni-Level, Power Matrix, and Mentor Matching. Only active subscriptions count in calculations; inactive links are skipped. A partner on your 2nd level did not renew this month, but there are 5 active people below them. Without compression, they would fall out of reach. With compression, those 5 actives move up to level 2, and you receive your percentage as usual. Compression applies to you too: if your subscription is inactive this month, you receive no bonuses — no direct, matrix, matching, or pools. Your level collapses and payouts from your structure go to the active partner above. An active subscription is required for any payouts.
